Earring Fitting Options

Make your earrings your own by selecting the type of earring fitting you prefer.

From 2024, many of the earrings from Annica’s Jewellery are available with fitting options. All earring fittings are 316 surgical stainless steel (unless otherwise specified). Surgical stainless steel is hypoallergenic and are ideal even for sensitive ears.

Below you can find a description of each fitting to help make your selection:

  • Standard Stud

    As standard on many earring designs, this option will auto select if available. All studs are provided with a surgical steel butterfly. If you prefer a silicone backing please let me know in order notes. 

  • Ball Stud

    Keep your dangle sleek with the 4mm ball stud option. Ideal for smaller lobes and those that want the security of a stud.

    Available in Silver, Gold and Black

  • Standard Hook

    As standard, where a stud is not suitable, the hook option is an easy wearer and is suitable for all dangle earrings.

    Please note the hook option adds approx. 20mm to the stated length of the earrings.

    Provided with a silicone stopper.

  • Lever Back Hoop

    This 10mm hoop option is a great choice for dangles and offers additional security compared to a standard hook.

    When wearing it will add approx. 10mm to the length of any stated earring.


    Available is Silver or Gold

  • Huggie Hoop

    The 16mm huggie hoop is sleek and complete. Because of the nature of the hoop, this style is suitable for use with earring charms.

    This fitting type will add approx. 20mm to the total length of the earring.

    Available is 3 colours: Silver, Gold and Black.
